Business Development and Sales Manager

We’re looking for the kind of person who can go all the way – from crafting the company long term Biz Dev strategy, as well as handling our global day-to-day sales in over than 30 countries – to join us at GalooliOTO, a leading, profitable and global company in the field of business intelligence for OPEX saving. GalooliOTO develops physical assets remote management solutions for the automotive industry, using state of the art AI-based technology, converting IoT row data to organizations financial impact. We are looking for the kind of person that can fly up, see far away, and hold a visionary perspective while having strong and realistic sales capabilities. We are looking for those who aim to the moon while doing great in the present. This position reports to the CEO.



• Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies.

• Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long-term relationship.

• Understand customer’s business to be able to explore new opportunities.

• Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market.

• Manage contract negotiations.

• Interface with R&D, support and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve quarterly quotas.



• 4+ years of business development and sales experience, ideally in one of these domains: Telematics & Automotive, Smart mobility, Big data / AI / SaaS.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior executives.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.

• Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.

• Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, highly creative, self-motivated personality.

• Both Independent and team player, during the various sales phases.

• BA/BSc degree required.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
